Consumption-modern day life is one of consumption or greed. We all ask “how much more can I consume?” from the minute we wake until we go to sleep.

Spiritually our lifestyle is like Consumption- a wasting disease, tuberculosis-like a disease consumed the body of a person.

Our society practises both at the same time. We waste away spiritually while we pump up our illusions.

I think the age of man from Jesus until now is a time for man to fill himself up with gods judgment. Judgment for god is done by each individual not by god. It is like a man hanging himself, incriminating himself.

We are consumers and we are kind of proud of that!

We are in the age of consumption. This last century has been ever increasing consumption. “He with the most toys wins.”

“Supersize me” is our rallying cry of which I am chief!

What are we racing toward? Here is a discussion topic! Transhumanism is our destiny. The point where we become the product that is consumed. We are no longer at the top of the food chain, Ai is! We are preparing our own judgment. We have unwittingly become like the animals as we make consuming our life’s aim and primary goal. We have allowed the animal spirit to supplant the gift of human reasoning. We are like Esau in selling our inheritance for a bowl of stew! That stew is the shining glories of this world.

Lord, break this enchantment that mankind is under, this glamour magic. Let us see that all of this life is Maya.
