Hidden manna is the message to our hearts from the Holy Spirit from the word. The word of god sometimes speaks, depending on our attitude at the time. We are given ‘hidden’ knowledge.its hidden because we personally hide it inside of ourselves and when the spirit illuminates our minds during reading a passage we can ‘see and feel’ messages that are not written in the text. This is hidden manna and the spirit gives it.

This isn’t something like counting letter or numbers, or spaces, but your soul realizing that god is trying to speak to it about hidden knowledge inside of yourself. The spirit unlocks our psychology and more. 

Our inner thoughts are easily bound up when we haven’t presented everything to Christ, when we haven’t given our feelings and thoughts over.

Jesus gives every person the chance to express anything big or small and it is important to do so because we have defense mechanisms that take over otherwise. We encounter many experiences that confuse us inside and we are not capable of unraveling alone. A trusted friend certainly helps but there are things we don’t even know about. God reveals these things with the hidden manna. It feeds our spirits and we experience life. We feel released once we give them over and then peace stays.

We all have the bread in front of us but we don’t eat it. Gods gives words of living, actual living passages in the bible that have to be ‘eaten’ to be fed.  It will take a little bit of faith and in opening and reading you our your faith into practise and believe. To read the word of god is to eat gods bread that he has provided.

What the word does is it challenges my “self”, my own ‘bible’ of my values, needs,wants. The word stands against humanity one person at a time. The bible is an affront to the flesh, an affront to humanism and all of the little gods running around.
